We use a small number of cookies to improve your experience on this site:

• Freebies access - When you sign up with your email to unlock free downloads, we set a cookie to remember your access so you don't have to sign up again.
• Purchase receipts - After a purchase, a cookie is used to link you to your order so you can access your downloads.

We do not use any third-party tracking cookies or analytics services.

Mailing List

If you sign up for our mailing list (including via the free downloads form), we store your email address to send you occasional updates about new templates, freebies, and sales. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us through our Support Page.

What We Log

When you visit a page on this site, we collect the following internally:

• Page visited and date/time of the visit
• Browser, operating system, and IP address
• Time on page, scroll depth, and sections viewed
• Browser language and screen dimensions

Raw server request logs are purged after 7 days. Behavioral data (time on page, scroll depth, section views) is retained for up to 90 days. Aside from contact form spam detection described below, no data is shared with or sold to any organizations or entities outside Klass Concepts LLC.

Support Form

When you submit the support contact form, the following is collected and sent to us by email:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you wrote

To protect against spam and automated submissions, your name, email address, and message are sent to Claude, an AI service operated by Anthropic, Inc. (anthropic.com), for spam detection only. Anthropic does not retain or use this data for any purpose beyond processing the request. Anthropic's privacy policy is at anthropic.com/privacy.

Contact form submissions are stored in a database on this server and retained unless you request deletion.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. For details on how Stripe handles your data, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
